Vendor Registration

There is no cost for you to register and retrieve bid documents. For convenience you may select the option for which your company will receive emails once Hays County, or any other participation agency, has a bid opportunity that matches your company's business.

Formal bids may not be submitted via email or fax and will ONLY be accepted electronically through BidNet Direct and in person atthe Hays County Purchasing Office, as specified within the bid documents.
