Jacob’s Well – The Natural Area is open to the public. Park hours are 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, with no entry after 5:30 p.m. Entrance to the preserve is free. Reservations* are required for swimming. Please visit the Jacob’s Well Amenities & Rules page below for more information. 



Gay Ruby Dahlstrom Nature Preserve – Reserve a Day Pass (there is limited access) for the Gay Ruby Dahlstrom Nature Preserve at jwna.checkfront.com/reserve and select Gay Ruby Dahlstrom Preserve. Preserve hours are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursdays through Sundays. No admittance after 2 p.m. Preserve access is by reservation only*. This preserve offers four miles of hiking on paved (ADA accessible) and primitive trails. There is NO SWIMMING available on this property. Please visit the preserve’s web page (see below) to read the rules and info when making a reservation. The Preserve entrance is located at 5131 FM 967 Buda, TX 78610 (across FM 967 from Oak Forest Drive).
