Welcome/Mission

Hays County Recycling & Solid Waste facilities offer drop-off locations for residents who live outside of a municipal boundary and do not have waste or recycling services at their home. Hays County does not offer trash pick-up services for businesses or residences. Items considered hazardous must be dropped off at the Hays Hazardous Household Waste facility in San Marcos, which is open to all Hays County residents.
